Good morning!

Good morning!
Good morning!
Twenty years have gone by quickly. And GIBTK has transformed so many lives. Thank you so much for being part of our journey - the Journey of Hope.

Today, I want to share a story of Nguyen Van Tuong.
Tuong was born in a poor family of four kids. His dream of studying at a university became more impossible as he got closer to college age. He was bewildered and wanted to quit on his dream. But then GIBTK stepped into his life in August 2012. He could gain access to shelter, medical care, and educational opportunity by a new life at Hal's Home, GIBTK’s home for male college students. This opportunity allowed him to pursue his dream of becoming an architect. His five years at university flew by and Tuong graduated from Danang University of Architecture, majoring in Architecture.

He has become a passionate and dedicate architect at Viewzz Technology Limited Company in Hoi An, with good-paid salary.

He got married two years ago and now he has a one-year-old boy. At the age of 29, Tuong feels blessed to be a mature man, able to support himself and his family. His dream is that his family will be living in a concrete house that can keep them safe in the typhoon season, so he has saved money for it. He will build this house in the near future.

Tuong’s life has been completely transformed thanks to Giving It Back To Kids and its donors. Tuong said: “Because things were so so difficult at the time, so I didn't plan ahead far enough to attend university. Without GIBTK, I could not have had a happy life like I do today. Thank you GIBTK for making a real difference in my life, and giving me hope and a future
