A Graphic Designer to Be

A Graphic Designer to Be
Today’s story is about Ho Nhu Thuat, a heart patient that GIBTK had opportunity to help in 2006.
Thuat was born in a poor family but unfortunately he was found with congenital heart disease. Blessedly Thuat and his family could gain access to GIBTK, so Thuat’s life-saving heart surgery was funded 16 years ago.

(That after his surgery in 2006)

Turning 19, Thuat has positive thoughts, hope and belief in life. He is now asecond-year student at FPT University with a major in graphic design. After graduation, this teenage boy would love to work as a professional video graphic designer and he has a target to have his own house and a stable job in the future.

Apart from focusing on his studies, Thuat also plays football with friends to refresh his mind and keep fit during his spare time. If it hadn’t been for the life-saving heart surgeries in 2006, he wouldn’t know how his life would be! He said “What a blessing and an honor for him to be a part of GIBTK’s the journey of hope that has transformed so many lives! He is so looking forward to his great future.

To date, GIBTK has funded 1,737 life-saving heart surgeries.

"We highly appreciate you and thank you for transforming lives"

Sincerely,
